Phoenixville and Pottstown Hospitals Narrow Losses Amid Tower Health Overhaul

Two Chester County-area hospitals are slowly climbing out of the red, in a report from John George at the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Phoenixville and Pottstown hospitals, both part of the Tower Health system, narrowed their operating losses during the first nine months of fiscal 2026 as restructuring reshapes services and cuts costs.

Phoenixville Hospital trimmed its operating loss to $5.8 million, down from $6.5 million during the same period a year earlier.
