YORK, Pa. — Chellas Arepa Kitchen in Lancaster brought out the food truck this week at the FOX43 studio to make some of their featured arepas and other menu items.
Diego and Luis Quiroz prepared their lomo saltado and arepa, a dish made with their marinated steak, onions, rice, tomatoes, beans and yuca fries. They also made their “Ay Caramba” arepa, packed full of cooper cheese, sauteed peppers and onions, steak, avocado sauce and Chile de Arbol sauce.
