A Lancaster County man accused of stealing human remains from a historic Pennsylvania cemetery waived his formal arraignment Wednesday in Delaware County, court records state.
Jonathan Gerlach, 34, of Ephrata, is charged with 574 offenses related to the alleged grave robberies at Mount Moriah Cemetery & Arboretum, which is located in both the city of Philadelphia and in Yeadon Borough, Delaware County.
