West Chester Cafe Cited for Rodents, Food Safety Violations

WEST CHESTER, PA — A West Chester cafe operating inside a car dealership received one of the most extensive lists of food safety violations identified by the Chester County Health Department on June 22, including evidence of rodent activity, moldy food, improper handwashing and unauthorized cooking equipment.

The inspection of Sail Away Cafe at Scott Honda documented 15 violations, several of which inspectors classified as food safety risks requiring immediate corrective action.
