LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Conoy Township man was banned from owning animals for 34 years after he was found guilty of ill-treating and abandoning dozens of animals in his home.
Eric Lee Wise Werner, 41, was sentenced on June 26 after being found guilty of 17 counts of animal cruelty in March.
