YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Traffic disruptions are expected as emergency crews work to clear a three-vehicle crash near the Maryland state line on Interstate 83 in York County.
Dispatch told CBS 21 the crash happened around 6:35 a.m. near exit 4 (Shrewsbury) heading northbound.
