LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two children and one adult have been taken to a local hospital after they were struck by a vehicle in Columbia, according to Lancaster County dispatch.
The crash was reported around 11:45 a.m. at the intersection of North 3rd Street and Chestnut Street.
