A York County woman will spend up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to driving a stolen car containing stolen guns onto a Lancaster County property and picking peppers without permission.
On July 20, Kimberly Y. Schwartz, 36, of York Township, pleaded guilty to three counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of carrying a firearm without a license, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
