Renovations completed at 30-unit affordable housing community in central Pa.

Renovations have been completed at a 26-year-old affordable housing community in south-central Pennsylvania.

The project was partly funded by $850,000 in American Rescue Plan Act funds from the city of Lancaster.

The renovations included new flooring, fresh paint, new lighting fixtures, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with solid-surface granite countertops, new appliances, and new signage in the common areas.
