2 charged after fleeing from traffic stop in Lancaster County

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An Ephrata man was charged after allegedly fleeing from police in an effort to protect a woman who had an outstanding arrest warrant against her.

East Earl Township police say they stopped the vehicle of Arnaldo Fernandez-Rodriguez, 46, for alleged traffic violations on Aug. 15.
