EAST STROUDSBURG, PA — A 32-year-old man was arrested after police say he returned to a recovery center after being ordered to leave the property.
Casey Jones, of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody on Aug. 20 and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
