LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A car was trapped in the water in Rothsville Friday morning, according to Lancaster County dispatch.
Emergency officials from Rothsville Fire Department responded to the scene at the intersection of Cocalico Road and Whitcraft Drive and were able to safely get all parties out of the car, leaving only the vehicle in the water.
