An 83-year-old woman suffered from serious injuries after she was hit by a pickup truck while walking along a Lancaster County road Tuesday night, police said in court documents.
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. in the 100 block of South Reading Road, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Ephrata police.
