‘Intentional’ Hit-Run Left Teen With Fractured Skull In Lancaster; Driver Pleads Guilty

A Pennsylvania man has admitted to intentionally swerving his car into a teenager riding an electric bike, leaving him with skull and facial fractures and a brain bleed, authorities announced on Monday, Oct. 5.

Jonathan Seth, 27, of the 100 block of Ruby Street in Lancaster, pleaded guilty on Sept. 11 before Lancaster County Judge Dennis Reinaker to two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of accidents involving death or personal injury, one count of recklessly endangering another person, and a summary driving offense, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
