LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — After multiple attempts at inspections, PennDOT has finally commenced work on a Route 222 bridge in Lancaster County.
Expansion joint repairs on the bridge, which crosses North Church Street in West Earl Township, begin Friday at 7 p.m.
Over the weekend, the right lane of northbound Route 222 and the ramp from Route 722 to northbound Route 222 will be closed.

The hope is to reopen the right lane by 6 a.m. Monday, though repairs may last until 6 a.m. Tuesday, if necessary…
