LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – Two officers with the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department received awards for saving a man’s life. Back on Dec 27, 2023, Officers Nick Grecco and Matt Kilinger had responded to a cardiac arrest incident in Warwick Township. Grecco began to administer CPR and also helped EMS crews with the man suffering from cardiac arrest.
