LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – A history of substance misuse and incarceration keeps mothers away from their kids all over Pennsylvania. With Substance Use Disorder affecting 1 in 12 pregnancies, Bethany Christian Services, a social service agency, actively works with the Lancaster County Prison and other local organizations to help those women come out the other side.
