(Lancaster, PA) — Lancaster County officials say two men are in custody for the shooting earlier this month of a 19-year-old man in Lancaster City. Elliot Corbin was shot in the 400 block of Prince Street January 6th and later died at the hospital. Twenty-year-old Ta-Jhon Veal and 19-year-old Joy Cleveland are facing homicide charges in the case. They’re being held at the Lancaster County Prison until their preliminary hearing February 2nd.
