READING, Pa. – Cleanup work is moving forward at an old chemical building in Reading where a couple of fires broke out in the fall. Environmental Protection Agency officials continue working to stabilize containers for shipment three months after fires tore through the old Lincoln Chemical building in the 600 block of South Ninth Street.
