BERKS COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – An Ephrata man is among five people charged as part of an undercover human trafficking operation in Berks County. The Berks County District Attorney’s office says on January 29 they conducted an undercover operation to combat illegal sex trade and posted ads on websites used for sexual advertisements.
