LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – Police in West Lampeter Township are searching for a missing woman. According to a press release, 24-year-old Jerusha Grace Owens was last seen around 8:30pm on January 31st. She was last seen wearing a black and white sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and black tennis shoes.
