LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A popular shoe retailer will soon be opening a new location at the Lancaster Tanger Outlets. According to the Lancaster Tanger Outlet’s website, a new Hey Dude shoe retailer is expected to open its doors in the near future. The new store is going to open its doors inside suite 1230, which is situated between Francesca’s and the Levi’s Outlet.
