After some of the heaviest snowfall central Pennsylvania has seen in years, the sun may emerge Tuesday and help lessen the snow-shoveling load. Snow started falling around 4 a.m. Tuesday, quickly blanketing the midstate with an inch or two an hour. The heaviest snow fell between 4 and 8 a.m. and has been slowing down ever since, according to John Bowen, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
