LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – The Lancaster Tanger Outlets has officially announced the opening of a popular new retailer. According to the Tanger Outlets, the popular Cole Haan is now open near the Levi’s storefront in a 2,500-square-foot space. This new shoe retailer will feature a variety of casual and dress options for men and women.
