Lower Dauphin’s Drake Risser set a new meet record Saturday in the pole vault at Carlisle’s Stan Morgan Invitational. He hit a mark of 16′0″. Risser finished ahead of Danville’s Gavin Holcombe, who hit a mark of 13′9″, and Cumberland Valley junior Noah Shin who had 13′3″.
