QUARRYVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) – A locally owned, American-style eatery recently opened its doors in Lancaster County. The new Pop’s Place is owned and operated by Katie and Robbie Stuart, who are also the owners and operators of the new Rawlinsville Brickhouse, which opened back in July 2023 inside the historic Rawlinsville Hotel building.
