LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – Two people have been arrested and charged following a barricade situation. According to the Quarryville Borough Police Department, on Monday, June 24 at 9:16 p.m., officers were dispatched to a disturbance along the 100 block of Groffdale Drive in Oak Bottom Village in Quarryville Borough.
