With temps that’ll feel like 100+, summer heat returns to central Pa. – briefly

After days of spring-like weather in August, central Pennsylvania will be under a heat advisory Wednesday. The advisory covers an area that includes Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties. The high temperature is supposed to be around 98 degrees, but it’ll feel like it’s up to 104, the National Weather Service in State College warns. The advisory lasts from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the times when it’s supposed to feel the hottest and most humid.
