OXFORD, PA – An incident on the 400 block of Market Street in Oxford has led to the arrest of 18-year-old Jose Alvarez Pineda of El Salvador, following reports of a disturbance involving a knife. The Oxford Police Department responded to the call at approximately 2:54 p.m. on September 18, 2024.
