CAERNARVON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A Berks County man is charged with homicide by vehicle in the death of a Lancaster County man following a June 6 crash in Caernarvon Township. Matthew Slauch, 23, was charged Monday after police said he was driving over 76 mph in a 55 mph zone at the intersection of Morgantown and Elverson roads.
