LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – Two Lancaster teens have been charged as adults for their role in a September shooting investigation. Alexander Whisman, 17, and his brother Joshua Whisman, 16, reportedly fired handguns outside of their home in the300 block of East New Street just before 9pm on September 16th, officials say.
