LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Lancaster mother in connection to the death of her baby. Luz Saez, 32, is charged with homicide for the death of her 3-month-old baby police say died due to drug use and unsafe sleep practices, according to a criminal affidavit.
