LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — An Upper Leacock Township man has been sentenced 5 to 10 years in state prison after pleading guilty earlier this month to indecently assaulting a 13-year-old.
According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, Judge Dennis Reinaker sentenced Gerald Stanely Hanna Jr. after he pleaded guilty to the following:
- two counts of corruption of minors
- two counts of aggravated indecent assault without consent
- two counts of aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age
- two counts of unlawful contact with a minor
- two counts of indecent assault
- two counts of indecent assault on a person less than 16 years of age
The Lancaster DA’s Office says during an investigation, Hanna Jr. admitted to inappropriately touching a then 13-year-old under their clothes at his home on the 200 block of East Main Street on at least two occasions.
Assistant District Attorney Fritz Haverstick prosecuted the case and East Lampeter Township Officer Andrew Garman filed the charges.
