The workers were able to use equipment to lift the skid loader, which was on and running at the time, off the victim, police said. Newmanstown Ambulance personnel evaluated the victim and found no signs of life, police said.

The skid loader’s arms were raised, and the man was believed to have been standing under them when a hydraulic line burst, causing the arms to drop and pin the victim, according to police.
