The river ice got covered with snow after the second snowfall this week.

The sidewalk to the trail wasn’t cleared when this photo was taken.
But who is responsible for clearing it? Columbia Borough shouldn’t be, since it’s along a state road, and the adjacent property owners – Gordon Waste and Norfolk Southern – are on the other side of the fence.
He’s not just a reflection, he’s actually real. The window sign says so.
