LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Lancaster County man is facing a slew of charges after allegedly raping an underaged child.
On Jan. 16, Josue Rivera, 42, of Lititz, reportedly turned himself in to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department for inappropriately touching a child under the age of 13.
