Police have charged Alberto Santiago Pagan, 36, of Lebanon with allegedly committing a series of commercial burglaries in the 12th Street and Walnut Street area in January. On Jan. 25, Lebanon City Police officers responded to Camelot Cleaners, located at the 1100 block of Walnut Street, for a burglary. According to court documents, once officers arrived they learned that a male subject entered the building by breaking a window on the north side of the building to unlock it.
