(WTAJ) — A citizen of Mexico was found in Western Pennsylvania, illegally entering America after already being caught and deported seven times over the past 12 years.
Dario Fortunato-Torres, 37, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on one count of illegal re-entry into the U.S., Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced Tuesday. He was charged Oct. 8, 2024, in Moon Township and later arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on the charges.
