COLUMBIA, Lancaster County — Pennsylvanians will lose an hour of sleep Sunday as clocks spring forward for daylight saving time, while the debate continues about whether the twice-yearly time change should continue.
At the National Watch and Clock Museum in Lancaster County, staff are preparing for the monumental task of adjusting their collection of over 13,000 timepieces.
