Police allege man climbed wall, walked on rafters during break-in of Hanover market vendor

Police allege that just days before a Markets at Hanover vendor closed in January, a Dauphin County man climbed a wall and walked across rafters to enter the locked retail space of the vendor.

Justin James Harper, 24, of Middletown, Pa., is charged with a felony count of criminal trespass, according to charging documents filed by the Penn Township Police Department on Thursday, March 6, 2025.

On Friday, March 7, 2025, court records showed Harper as having an arrest date of Feb. 23, 2025, but no arraignment or hearing had yet been scheduled in the case…
