Lancaster Co. woman facing up to 20 years for deadly fentanyl-laced drug delivery

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County woman is facing between nine and twenty years in state prison after selling fentanyl-laced heroin to a Millersville man in 2022, according to an update from the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Amy H. Keperling, 44, of West Earl, was ordered to pay $1,868 in restitution during her sentencing Monday.
