LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — City officials have completed a use-of-force investigation prompted by a video shared on social media of Lancaster city officers arresting two juveniles.
Lancaster Mayor Danene Sorace and Police Chief Richard Mendez are expected to release the findings during a press conference at 2 p.m.
