Lancaster man accused of trespassing, setting building on fire

MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County man was arrested on arson charges Tuesday morning following a reported building fire.

Manheim Township Police said Robert Ream, 42, of Lancaster, was arrested this morning after crews responded to the 900 block of North Queen Street for a report of a fire in the basement of a building.

A witness identified Ream as the person who started the fire in the basement, police said. Ream fled on foot toward Liberty Street but was located and detained.
