LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — Fire crews responded to a house fire that left two people dead in Dauphin County Sunday morning.
According to the Lower Paxton Township Fire Chief, around 10:19 a.m., firefighters were dispatched to 6524 Fairfax Drive in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County for reports of a residential fire.
“We did arrive with a working fire,” Deputy Fire Chief Brett Graham said. “Crews quickly extinguished the fire and as a result, I’m sad to report that there’s been two fatalities confirmed at this time. The fire is under investigation by the Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police and mutual aid agencies.”
Lower Paxton Township Police said that a woman, identified as Alysse Saucedo, 33, was found unresponsive in a second floor hallway. She was rescued from the home but never regained consciousness, police said…
