Water rescue on Susquehanna River turns out to be piece of dock: dispatchers

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Crews launched a water rescue on the Susquehanna River in Manor Township Monday morning.

Emergency dispatchers said fire and police crews were initially dispatched to the river around 8:45 a.m. to respond to a kayak.
