Officers make 3 arrests after observing drug deal at Lancaster city park: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Lancaster city police arrested three men after officers on patrol at Binns and Ewell Park observed an alleged drug deal.

Officers were conducting surveillance at the park around 1:20 p.m. Saturday due to several recent overdoses in the area when they saw the drug transaction, according to a news release from Lancaster City Bureau of Police.
