Lancaster County man admits to over 80 counts of animal cruelty

LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster County man pleaded guilty Thursday to more than 80 counts of animal cruelty related to a 2023 case in Conoy Township, court records show.

Jadden Moore, 21, pleaded guilty to six felony counts of aggravated cruelty to animals, 20 misdemeanor counts of cruelty to animals, and 54 summary counts of animal neglect, according to court records.

He and two other suspects, Eric Werner and Mary Good, were charged last year after an investigation determined they abandoned more than 20 animals and left the bodies of more than 50 others in freezers after being evicted from their Conoy Township home in September 2023…
