LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A driver was cited for swerving around a school bus while it was stopping in Lancaster County.
Manor Township Police posted a video on Friday taken by the bus camera that captured the driver illegally passing a school bus on the right-hand shoulder.
