A 62-year-old man set to be evicted from his apartment Friday after causing numerous problems and refusing offers of assistance shot his neighbor, killed himself and set his home on fire, according to officials.
Duane Ulmer had not boxed up any of his belongings even though he was aware of the eviction, officials said.
