Lancaster woman charged after allegedly striking baby during fight: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster woman is facing charges after police say she struck a baby during a fight with another person.

Deandra Cooper, 40, was charged with endangering welfare of children and simple assault following the incident on April 1, according to a news release from the Manheim Township Police Department.
